Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the final batch of goods, or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, after receiving the first batch.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the products to be returned are in their original packaging, unused, and well-packed for return shipment.
Returning Products
If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our return address listed below. If necessary, the returner must provide proof that the goods were returned within the deadline (e.g., a return receipt).

Costs: The returner must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the returner.

Required Information: When returning a delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and your bank account number (IBAN) for the refund.
We will refund the money paid for the order without delay, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Exceptions to the Right of Return
Products classified as foodstuffs, such as supplements and pouches, do not have a right of return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that fall under the category of foodstuffs. This category includes, for example, food and drink products, vitamins, and supplements. These cannot be returned for resale due to hygiene reasons or product safety. If a return is accepted for any reason, the depreciation of the product’s value will be taken into account, as even unopened foodstuffs cannot be resold.
