Terms of Delivery

BroTownMegaCorporation Oy (Business ID: 3347215-1), Address: PL 2, 36201 Kangasala, Finland, sells products to businesses and private individuals within the EU. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed in our online store and to corresponding deliveries.

These terms are effective as of September 3, 2025. We reserve the right to unilaterally update these terms from time to time; therefore, please review the terms before placing each new order.

Products and Pricing

The characteristics and prices of the products are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs; please verify the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming the order. All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax), which is itemized in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method. These costs are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the specific shipping costs in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and Contractual Agreement

You can order products by adding them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents via the payment service. By placing an order, you are required to have read and committed to the terms of delivery in effect at that time.

You understand that once you have confirmed an order and we have accepted it, the order is binding (except regarding the right of withdrawal mentioned later) and constitutes a legal agreement between us, governed by these terms.

Payment and Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available for selection in the shopping cart.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation also specifies the payment method used.

If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
