Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Fees

  • Physical products: €5.90 per order.

  • Large shipments: Sent via Posti Express, for which we charge €20.00 per order.

  • Digital products: Delivered free of charge. The final delivery cost will always be displayed before you proceed to payment.

Delivery Methods

  • Posti Pickup Point: The order will primarily be delivered to the Posti pickup point nearest to the address you provided. If the chosen pickup point is full, Posti may redirect the shipment to the next available pickup point.

  • Posti Express: The order is delivered directly to the address provided by the customer. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package may be taken to a Posti pickup point for collection.

Delivery Times

  • Physical products (Finland): Usually 1–5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) are handed over to Posti on the same day, which typically results in faster delivery.

  • Experience Rides: The date and time must be agreed upon with MiikaTheMachine. Miika will contact you!

  • Video Greetings: The delivery time is a maximum of 2 weeks, though the greeting is usually delivered much sooner.


Inspection of Shipment, Errors, and Issues

Please inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, please notify us via email as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt. We will then arrange how to rectify the error.

In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability for defects as defined in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Please note: The seller is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information (such as name, address, or contact details) provided by the customer.
