Limitation of liability

BroTownMegaCorporation Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, only to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise regarding the damage.

Disputes

We strive to settle any possible disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, the consumer may have the matter escalated to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service of the Finnish Register of Legal Entities (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
