Branched-chain amino acids, or BCAAs, include L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. The name BCAA comes from the English word Branched Chain Amino Acids.
Leader Performance BCAA amino acid drink powder has a fresh orange flavor and, in addition to branched-chain amino acids, also contains L-glutamine.

Instructions for use: Mix a daily dose of 9.5 g (approx. 4 teaspoons) with 2 dl of cold water, for example in a shaker or drinking bottle. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
