The daily dose is two servings, which can be taken during training. One serving of 3 g (1 tsp) is mixed with 3 dl of cold water, for example in a shaker or drinking bottle.
During strength training, the drink can be consumed as is or with another drink. During endurance sports, the powder can be mixed with a sports drink. Used during training.
